In an era of e-governance, institutes also should tread this path for overcoming the challenges of meeting diverse demands of different stakeholders. Use of Automation should be focused for improving productivity of faculty and students. So that learners may be engaged in blended learning model. Faculty will show remarkable performance improvement if there is automation support in design of outcomes based curricula, achieving outcomes through class room activities, digital evaluation of answer books, and automation of exam section etc. Time has come to sensitize institute managements on effectiveness of e way of governance. IonCUDOS platform is evolving in this direction and has been excellent tool for us in training Engineering faculties to internalize OBE concepts
